Paid media management
Ad spend that's actually accountable
Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns built around qualified leads — not platform vanity metrics.
Flat-fee PPC management from $450 a month. No percentage of ad spend, no setup fee and no long-term contract.
Flat monthly fees · No percentage of spend · No long-term contract
Where is your ad budget actually going?
Most underperforming accounts have the same handful of problems. None of them are exotic, and all of them are visible in the data if someone looks.
Spend on searches you'd never have chosen
Broad match quietly widens your reach until the account is paying for queries nobody approved. It is common to find a single unreviewed keyword taking a large share of the monthly budget.
You can't tell which campaigns produce revenue
Reporting shows clicks, impressions and cost. It doesn’t show which campaign produced the deal that closed in March.
Conversion tracking that isn't telling the truth
Duplicate conversions, form fills counted twice, phone calls untracked, nothing flowing back from the CRM. Every optimisation decision after that is built on a wrong number.
Reports that don't translate into a decision
A monthly PDF of platform metrics is not a plan. It should end with what changes next month and why.
Three platforms. One accountable approach.
We manage Google, Meta and LinkedIn ads. Each has a distinct job in a growth strategy, and running all three badly is worse than running one well.
Google Ads
Best for: most businesses, at any size.
Explore Google Ads management →Meta Ads
Creates demand rather than capturing it. Nobody opens Instagram intending to buy, so the work is interruption done well: a clear offer, creative that earns a second of attention, and enough audience precision that you aren’t paying to reach everyone.
Best for: B2C, local services, and products with visual appeal.
LinkedIn Ads
Best for: B2B, and services with a deal size above a few thousand.
Explore B2B PPC management →Account management includes:
- Campaign strategy and setup
- Audience and keyword management
- Ad creative and landing page guidance
- Conversion tracking and CRM integration
- Ongoing optimisation and reporting
- Regular strategy reviews
What we actually automate, and what we still do by hand
Every agency now claims to be AI-powered. Almost none will tell you what that means in practice, or what they still do themselves. Here is the split.
What we automate
- Lead response and qualification
- After-hours enquiry capture and booking
- Bid adjustments inside guardrails we set
- Spend and cost-per-acquisition anomaly alerts
- Report generation
What we still do by hand
- Search term review
- Negative keyword decisions
- Budget reallocation between campaigns
- Ad creative and offer testing
- Deciding when to override automated bidding
The right-hand column is the one that matters. Automation handles volume and speed. It does not decide what a campaign is for, and it does not notice when the data is lying to you.

What you get
Campaign strategy
Platform-specific strategy and a documented account structure, so anyone can see why the account is built the way it is.
Ad management
Ongoing optimisation of bids, audiences, keywords and creative, with search terms reviewed weekly.
Tracking and integration
Conversion tracking set up properly and connected to your CRM, so reported leads and real leads are the same number.
Reporting
A monthly report in plain language, showing what was spent, what it produced, and what changes next.
Strategy calls
Monthly or bi-weekly, depending on spend. A real call, not a calendar invite nobody joins.
You own the ad account. Always. If we stop working together, everything stays with you and we hand over access the same week.
How we decide what to change in your account
Most agency pages tell you they’re data-driven. Here is an actual decision from an actual account, and the reasoning behind it.
Written by Ali Hasnain, who runs Crisolva’s paid media accounts.
Is this the right fit for your business?
A good fit if you…
- Have a clear product or service and know who buys it
- Can invest at least $1,000 a month in ad spend
- Have someone who can follow up on leads within a day
- Want transparency and a straight answer about what’s working
Not a fit if you…
- Are looking for guaranteed results — nobody can honestly promise those
- Have a very limited budget and need every pound to be profitable immediately
- Want a one-off campaign setup with no ongoing management
- Aren’t open to changing landing pages or offers when the data says to
If the right-hand column describes you, say so and we’ll tell you honestly. We’d rather lose the enquiry than take on an account we can’t make work.
Frequently asked questions about PPC management
How much does PPC management cost?
$450 a month for accounts spending $1,000–$5,000, $850 for $5,000–$20,000, and from $1,500 above $20,000. All prices are in USD. These are flat fees — we don’t take a percentage of your ad spend, and there’s no setup fee.
Do you require a minimum ad spend?
Yes — $1,000 a month. Below that, Google Ads doesn’t gather enough data quickly enough for optimisation decisions to be based on anything but guesswork. We’d rather say that than take the fee.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. We work month to month. If it isn’t working, you leave, and we hand over full access within the same week.
Who owns the ad account?
You do, always. Campaigns are built in your account under your billing. If we part ways, everything stays with you — the account, the history, the conversion data, the audiences.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep the account and everything in it. We hand over access, document how the account is structured, and flag anything the next person needs to know. No exit fee and nothing held hostage.
How quickly will we see results?
Early signal within 2–4 weeks: which searches convert, which audiences respond, where budget is being wasted. Meaningful performance change usually takes 6–12 weeks, because the account needs enough conversion data for decisions to be reliable. Anyone promising results in week one is guessing.
Will you audit our existing account even if we don't switch agencies?
Yes. The audit is free and you get the findings regardless of what you decide afterwards. If your current setup is in good shape, we’ll tell you that.
Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation?
Google captures people already searching for a solution, so intent is higher and cost per lead is usually lower. LinkedIn reaches people who match your ideal customer but aren’t searching yet, at a higher cost per click that can still be worth it for larger deal sizes. Most B2B accounts run Google first and add LinkedIn once cost per acquisition is understood.
Do you work with our existing agency or in-house team?
Yes. Some clients want us on paid media while their team handles SEO and content. That works as long as the division of responsibility is clear and conversion tracking is owned by one party.
What do you need from us to get started?
Access to your ad accounts and analytics, a conversation about what a good lead actually looks like for you, and someone on your side who can answer questions about the product. That’s the whole list.
What does the monthly report contain?
Spend, leads and cost per lead by campaign, what changed during the month and why, and what changes next month. Plain language, not a platform data dump. If you want a specific metric included, we add it.
Do you charge a setup fee?
No. The first month’s fee covers account build or restructure, tracking setup and launch.
Which platforms do you manage?
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads. If a channel isn’t right for your business, we’ll say so rather than run it for the sake of the retainer.
