B2B social media that’s measured in enquiries, not followers
LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook content, design and short-video scripts for B2B companies and service businesses in the US, UK and Europe, planned around what you sell.
Crisolva plans, writes, designs and publishes your social media, and tags every link so enquiries reach your CRM with their source. B2B companies get LinkedIn for the company and its founder; service businesses get Facebook and Instagram. Plans start at $250 a month, month to month, and nothing posts without your approval.

Why social stalls
Why does so much business social media get likes but no enquiries?
The posting happens. It just isn’t connected to what you sell, or to what happens after someone shows interest.
Posting to fill a calendar
A post goes out because it’s Tuesday. Nothing ties it to a service, an offer or a question your buyers ask, so nothing follows from it.
One business, five different looks
Different fonts, colors and voices on every channel. A buyer who sees your post, your ad and your site can’t tell it’s the same company.
Reach reported as results
The monthly report leads with impressions and follower counts. Nobody can say which post produced an enquiry, because nothing was tracked.
Messages that go nowhere
Someone comments with a question or sends a message. It sits unanswered for days, and the one warm lead social produced goes cold.
Why it matters
Why does social media matter for B2B if most buyers aren’t ready to buy?
Because most of them aren’t buying yet. Research from LinkedIn’s B2B Institute with the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute puts it at about 5% of B2B buyers in the market at any given time. Social media keeps you remembered by the other 95%, so you’re on the shortlist when their turn comes.
5%
of B2B buyers are in the market at any given time. The other 95% are future buyers.

31%

Organic social rarely fills a pipeline on its own, but it’s the proof-check every warm lead runs before booking.

Platforms
Which social media platforms should your business be on?
The ones your buyers already use, and no more than you can keep up. One or two platforms done well beats five left half-finished. We’d rather cut a platform than let your feed look abandoned.
| Platform | US adults who use it | Best for | What we post there |
|---|---|---|---|
| 31% | B2B companies, their founders and leaders | Point-of-view posts, carousels, founder posts, short video | |
| 70% | Local service businesses and older audiences | Offers, reviews, events, short video | |
| 51% | Visual services: clinics, wellness, home services | Reels, carousels, Stories | |
| YouTube (Shorts) | 84% | How-tos and explainers | Short videos scripted from your expertise |
| TikTok | 37% | Consumer-facing brands with a younger audience | Short video, if someone on your team will be on camera |
Usage: Pew Research Center, survey of US adults ending 18 June 2026. How often to post: Buffer’s study of 2.1 million Instagram posts found 3–5 posts a week more than doubled follower growth compared with 1–2, with smaller gains above that. More benchmarks in our 7 C’s guide →
What we make
What do our social media and creative services include?
Six kinds of work, all planned against your services and offers, so every post has a job.
Content strategy & calendar
A monthly calendar built from your services, offers, seasonal moments and the questions your buyers ask.
You get: A calendar where every post has a job: an offer, a question answered, or proof.
Post design & brand templates
Brand-consistent visuals for every channel, from single posts to carousels. If you don’t have a style guide, we build a lightweight one first.
You get: Templates your team can reuse, and a style guide that becomes yours.
Short-video scripts
Scripts and hooks for Reels, Shorts, TikTok and LinkedIn video, structured so your team can film on a phone. We write; you film.
You get: Ready-to-shoot scripts with the hook, the points and the call to action.
LinkedIn for founders & leaders
Posts written in your founder’s or leader’s voice and published under their name, alongside the company page. They approve every one.
You get: A founder profile that posts regularly, without them writing every word.
Comments & messages
Replies to comments and direct messages on the B2B LinkedIn and Social Growth plans, with sales enquiries passed straight to you.
You get: Questions answered and enquiries handed over, not left in an inbox.
Ad creative for paid social
Ad designs for the Meta and LinkedIn campaigns we run, often built from the posts that already earned attention.
You get: Ads that look like the rest of your brand.
Want to check your own social media first? Score it out of 21 with our 7 C’s self-audit.
From post to enquiry
How does social media turn into enquiries?
A post only matters if the next step works. Because we also build websites, run ads and set up CRMs, every step after the post is planned too.
01Social
A post with a job
Each post points at one service, offer or question, with a clear next step.
02Your website
A page that answers it
Links are tagged and lead to the page built for that next step, not your homepage.
03AI lead capture
An instant first reply
With AI lead capture, messages and form enquiries get a reply straight away and can book a call.
04CRM
Logged with its source
The enquiry lands in your CRM tagged with the post and platform it came from.
05Ads
Seen again by people who engaged
People who engaged with your posts can be shown your ads, so your warmest audience hears from you first.
Each step is a separate Crisolva service. A social plan covers the post and the tagged link; the rest is there when you need it.
Measurement
How do you measure whether social media is working?
By following attention down to enquiries. Reach comes first in the chain and last in importance.
| Layer | What we measure | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| Attention | Reach, impressions | Whether anyone saw it. A diagnostic, never a headline |
| Interest | Engagement rate, saves, shares | Whether the content earned its place |
| Intent | Profile visits, link clicks, messages started | Whether attention moved toward you |
| Action | Enquiries and bookings from social | What social actually produced |
| Revenue | Pipeline and closed revenue from social | The number a business owner needs |
On page one of your report
- Enquiries and bookings from social, and the posts behind them
- Messages answered and handed over
- Link clicks to your site, by post
- What we changed and why
Available, never the headline
- Follower count
- Impressions
- Likes
Every link we post is tagged, so the source travels with the enquiry into your CRM. Judge a quarter, not a week: social works on long timelines.

Fit
Is Crisolva the right social media team for you?
A good fit if you…

- Have someone who can approve posts every week
- Want social connected to your website, CRM and ads
- Are happy to put real people forward: founders, staff, the work itself
Not a fit if you…
- Want follower numbers as the goal. We report enquiries
- Want posts to go out unreviewed in a regulated profession. Everything is approved first
- Want five platforms on a one-platform budget
- Want videos filmed for you. We write the scripts; your team films
If the right-hand column describes you, say so. We’d rather tell you now than three months in. See how we post on LinkedIn →
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about social media and creative
What do social media management services include?
Planning, writing, designing and publishing your posts, then reporting on what they produce. At Crisolva that means a monthly calendar mapped to your offers, posts in your brand, scheduling, tagged links and a monthly report, with comments and messages answered on the B2B LinkedIn and Social Growth plans.
How much does social media management cost?
Crisolva’s plans cost $250 a month for Facebook and Instagram, $400 for LinkedIn covering a company page and one founder, and $550 for up to three platforms with short-video scripts. Published market ranges run from $500 to $5,000 a month (Sprout Social and WebFX, 2026). Plans are month to month.
How often should a business post on social media?
Often enough to stay consistent, on fewer platforms. Buffer’s study of 2.1 million Instagram posts found 3–5 posts a week more than doubled follower growth compared with 1–2, with smaller gains above that. Our plans post three to four times a week, across one to three platforms.
Which social media platforms should a B2B company use?
LinkedIn first, for the company page and its founder or leaders. It’s where B2B buyers check who you are, and it’s one of the domains AI assistants cite most. Add a second platform only if your buyers use it and you can keep it up.
Does organic social media actually generate leads?
Directly, sometimes; indirectly, constantly. Organic social rarely fills a pipeline on its own, but it’s the proof-check every warm lead runs before booking. That’s why we tag every link and connect social to your website, CRM and ads, so its part in each enquiry is visible.
Do you handle comments and messages too?
Yes, on the B2B LinkedIn and Social Growth plans. We answer comments and direct messages and pass sales enquiries to you. On Local Social we publish and report, and replies stay with your team.
Can you work within our existing brand guidelines?
Yes. If you don’t have any, we’ll build a lightweight style guide first so everything stays consistent from day one. It becomes yours: colors, type, tone and templates your team can use anywhere.
Do you make videos?
We write them. Every short-video script comes with the hook, the key points and the call to action, structured so your team can film it on a phone. Social Growth includes four scripts a month. We don’t film or edit.
Do you run paid social ads?
Yes, through our paid advertising service, which manages Meta and LinkedIn ads. Social plans don’t include ad spend or ads management, but the two work best together: people who engaged with your posts can be shown your ads.
How do you measure social media ROI?
By tagging every link we post, so the source is passed into your CRM when someone enquires. The report then shows enquiries and bookings from social, and the posts behind them, rather than reach and likes. Without tracking in the CRM, social ROI is an estimate.
Do we approve posts before they go live?
Always. You see every post, written and designed, before it’s scheduled. Law firms and healthcare providers have advertising rules to follow, so nothing goes live without your sign-off.
How long before social media shows results?
Expect a consistent, recognizable presence within the first month, and judge enquiries over a quarter, not a week. Social works on long timelines: most buyers see you several times before they’re ready to talk.
Who owns our social accounts and content?
You do. Your accounts stay in your name, our access can be removed at any time, and the posts, designs and templates we make are yours. Plans are month to month.
