What PPC management actually costs

Fixed monthly management fees. No percentage of ad spend. No hidden markup.

We charge a flat monthly fee for managing your account. Ad spend goes directly to the platform from your own account, so you always know exactly what you’re spending and where.

Ad spend remains in your own advertising account.

FEE TRANSPARENCY

Your ad spend and our fee are separate

Your media budget and the management fee follow two different paths. Crisolva never takes a percentage or markup from media spend.

What makes the price go up

Not campaign count. Not another platform. Those are included in the management fee. Two types of work sit outside it because they are separate builds.

◎

Conversion tracking repair or build

Quoted individually as a one-off when tracking is missing or broken. It has to be fixed before performance can be measured honestly.

▤

Landing page build

Quoted separately when the traffic needs a page that does not exist yet. Recommendations are included in management; building the page is a separate job.

What we don’t charge for

We don’t charge a setup fee, an onboarding fee or an exit fee. We don’t charge for reports—regular reporting is included. The ad spend goes directly to the platform, so there’s no markup or float. We don’t charge you for access to your own account.

✓No setup feeYou aren’t charged to get started.
✓No onboarding feeAccount setup is part of the management.
✓No exit feeYou can leave without a penalty.
✓No reporting feeRegular reporting is included.
✓No ad-spend markupAd spend goes directly to the platform.
✓No account access feeYou always have access to your own account.

How agencies actually price this, and why most won’t tell you

Percentage of ad spend

  • Agency earns more when you spend more.
  • More spend is not always the right decision.
  • The incentive can be misaligned.

Flat retainer

  • Predictable and keeps media spend separate from management.
  • Clear scope and accountability.
  • This is how we price PPC management.

Performance-based

  • Usually linked to conversions.
  • Can create pressure to optimise for easier, lower-quality leads.
  • Lead quality is where the model often falls apart.

What’s the minimum ad spend for this to work?

Below $1,000 a month in Google Ads, you won’t gather enough data to optimise properly. You’ll get clicks, but not enough conversion observations to know which clicks were worth having.

At that level, spend the money on the landing page and follow-up speed instead—they’ll often create more value first.

BELOW $1,000/MONTH
  • Limited campaign signal
  • Fewer conversion observations
  • Harder optimisation decisions

→

$1,000+/MONTH
  • Enough activity to begin useful testing
  • Clearer optimisation choices
  • Room to improve

PPC pricing questions

No contract. If we’re not earning the fee, leave — you shouldn’t need a contract to keep a client, and we’d rather not have one. It is rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice.

You do. We work inside your account, never ours. If we stop working together you keep the account, the history, the conversion data and the audiences. Agencies that run your ads from their own MCC account keep all of that when you leave — ask any agency you’re considering this question and watch what happens.

Thirty days’ notice. We hand over documentation of what’s running and why, leave the account as we found it plus the work, and remove our access. No exit fee and nothing held back.

No. There is no setup fee, onboarding fee or exit fee. Conversion tracking repair or a landing page build may be quoted separately when needed.

Clicks in days. Meaningful data in three to four weeks. A judgement on whether the account is working, around 90 days. Anyone promising results in the first fortnight is describing traffic, not outcomes.

Account build or takeover audit, campaign structure, keyword and negative keyword management, ad copy writing and testing, bid management, landing page recommendations, conversion tracking setup, and a monthly report plus a call. Ad spend is separate and goes directly to Google — we never touch it.
